Update on the Words You Want Giveaway

The last time I checked (which was just a few minutes ago), there were 243 entries for the giveaway on the Words You Want site. What does this mean for you? It means that you still have a good chance of winning something from them!

Even if you already have a nice TV for the living room, you could always use another one for the game room or the den. With the new Xbox 360 Kinect coming out in a few months, this TV they are giving away (a 55-inch HDTV from Vizio) would certainly make a nice addition to your gaming room. You can win the TV easily; just go over to www.wordsyouwant.com to enter. They are going to announce the winners tomorrow, so you don’t have to wait a long time to find out if you’ve won.

You still have a few hours to enter. You might wanna head over there now, check out their new site, and enter. You never know what could happen!

Words You Want Giveaway Has 173 Entries

As promised, I went and checked the status of the Words You Want giveaway in honor of their new website. As it stands right now, there are 173 comments/entries for the giveaway. This means that you still stand a very good chance of winning something when you enter.

Best of all, entering is free. All it takes it a little bit of your time. You still have a little over an hour tonight to get some of your entries in, and you have all day tomorrow. They are going to announce the winners on Friday when they are chosen through a Random Number Generator.

Check out http://www.wordsyouwant.com for all of the details. You can read some of the previous posts here to learn more about the prizes (they are giving away a 55-inch HDTV) before you enter.

Words You Want Contest Still Going

The contest is in full swing, so head over to www.wordsyouwant.com to enter. You can also visit their blog site http://blog.wordsyouwant.com for more information.

I will clarify the rules a bit for those who have questions. You get an entry each today and tomorrow at the site. For the entry to count, you just have to post a comment and tell them who your favorite character is from their new animations. You can “earn” additional entries by posting about Words You Want on Twitter and Facebook. All you have to do is post in the comment section and tell them what you did.

There are currently 143 comments on the site, so this means your chances of winning are still very good. There are a total of 15 prizes (10 coffee mugs that hold 15 ounces, 4 iPod Shuffles, and that really cool HDTV). If I were a math whiz, I would be able to tell you exactly what the odds are.  Unfortunately, I am no math whiz. However, I can say that you’ll have a much better chance of winning when you participate!

I will try to add another post tonight to let everyone know how many current entries there are. The winners are going to be announced on Friday, July 23.

Words You Want Launches Their New Website

Some exciting news for those of you who like free stuff . . . and really, just about everyone likes free stuff, right?

The folks at Words You Want have just launched their brand new website, which you can find at www.wordsyouwant.com. They are a writing and SEO company that offers writing services to clients in all sorts of different businesses. They are the top rated writing company on Elance, which is no small feat. Best of all, the owners are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Wanna know just how nice they are? They are currently holding a contest on their site that lasts from today until Thursday, July 22, and they are giving away some great prizes. They have 10 coffee mugs to give away, 4 iPod shuffles, and (insert a drum roll here), a 55 inch HDTV from Vizio with all sorts of bells and whistles.

Entering is easy and it’s free. All you have to do is spread the word and talk about them on Twitter or Facebook. You can enter up to 4 times a day, and if you sign up for their newsletter, it qualifies you for a one-time bonus of 3 extra entries. Check out their site: www.wordsyouwant.com to see more details about the giveaway and the prizes. I will probably update this site with some more information about the particulars of the prizes either tonight or tomorrow.

Remember what Ed McMahon used to say: “You can’t win if you don’t enter!” . . . . at least I think that was Ed McMahon.
